CRES (Conference, Reservations, and Event Services)
Handles scheduling of all space on campus with the exception of the academic class schedule. Staff members assist with the identification of event needs and arrange and coordinate the necessary services required (e.g., personnel, audio visual, parking, etc.).

Marketing
Promote Your Next Event in the Student Union! The Student Union offers a variety of marketing and communication resources to help UNC Charlotte student organizations and campus departments promote upcoming events including POSTING, BANNERS, DIGITAL SIGNAGE, & MORE! Content or event promotion must be of student interest or student-oriented in nature, and must be open to all students and/or a broad segment of the campus community.
Norms
Norm’s
Hours same as Building Hours
Hang out, catch a performance, play a game of pool, watch TV, eat, study, or just relax. Large flat-screen TV’s provide daily television and cable programming. The lounge also features pick-up windows for Mamma Leone’s and Outtakes.
Norm’s Loft
Overlooking Norm’s, the loft provides a bird’s-eye view of events, or functions as a semi-private space to study and relax.
ATMs
ATM machines are located in the Rotunda underneath the staircase.
