Mission Statement

The Student Union Art Gallery strives to create a visual dialogue for student life using exhibitions as both a means of expression and a learning environment.


Values Statement

The Art Gallery strives to:

  • Showcase unique and high-quality exhibits that represent UNC Charlotte as well as the local and regional arts community;
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere that fosters the exchange of ideas and intellectual engagement;
  • Promote emerging creative processes on campus and in the larger art world;
  • Curate exhibits that heighten studentsÂ’ awareness of current social and cultural discourse.

Monday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Submit a Proposal

The Student Union Art Gallery Committee will review all proposals. Once your application has been reviewed you will be notified of your status. The Committee meets once a month.  If you have any questions, please email suartgallery@uncc.edu.
